Family Golf Adults and eligible family members. Entitled to use all Club facilities. Initiation Fee: $5,000.00 Dues: $560.61 Food & Beverage Minimum: $90/month Single Golf Adults entitled to use all Club facilities. Membership available to unmarried or legally separated persons with no children. Initiation Fee: $5,000.00 Dues: $436.05 Food & Beverage Minimum: $60/month Junior Golf Adults under the age of 37. Entitled to use all Club facilities. Membership shall be determined by the age of the older spouse. Initiation Fee: $1,300.00 Dues: $329.14 Food & Beverage Minimum: $60/month Non-Resident Golf Adults and eligible family members. Entitled to use all Club facilities. Primary residence is located greater than 40 miles from the city limits of Rochester Minn. Initiation Fee: $1,200.00 Dues: $286.19 Food & Beverage Minimum: $700/year Fellows Golf Families who are completing Fellowship or Residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine entitled to use all Club facilities. At the end of the Fellowship or Residency, must convert to another membership category. Initiation Fee: None Dues: $138.74 Food & Beverage Minimum: $25/month Social Adults and eligible family members. Entitled to use all Club facilities with limited golf privileges. Initiation Fee: $300.00 Dues: $185 Food & Beverage Minimum: $700/year House A House Member is entitled to use the Clubhouse facilities. Initiation Fee: $100.00 Dues: $68.66 Food & Beverage Minimum: $700/year
Each Corporate Membership will have 3 Family Golf Designees for a one-time $6,000 Initiation fee. Additional designees may be added for $2,000 each. Current dues, fees and minimums apply to all designees. Designees and their immediate family will have full Family Golf privileges. Designees may be transferred one (1) time annually with a transfer fee of $300 per name change. If a designee defaults on payment of dues or any charges, the corporation will be held liable for payment. Corporate Social
Each Corporate Membership will have 3 Social Designees for a one-time $600 Initiation fee. Additional designees may be added for $200 each. Current dues, fees and minimums apply to all designees. Designees and their immediate family will have Social privileges. Designees may be transferred one (1) time annually with a transfer fee of $300 per name change. If a designee defaults on payment of dues or any charges, the corporation will be held liable for payment.
