Alison Bettin, Catering Director
Alison Bettin comes to us from Midland Hills Country Club in Roseville, MN, where she was the Catering Coordinator. Alison is a 2003 graduate of the Arts Institute International with a degree in Culinary Arts. To relax at home, she loves to take her Alaskan husky mix dog, named Duke, for walks. Molly Bowron, Food & Beverage Director
Molly Bowron has worked at RGCC since 1986 doing a variety of roles ranging from Table Side Servicing, Banquet/Catering Service, Outside Concessions Services and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Molly has been happily married for 17 years and has two children ages 14 and 10, both children are very active in sports. Molly enjoys camping and fishing as a family. David Tator, Executive Chef
Chef David Tator is the current Executive Chef at RGCC. David was a 1975 Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. David has worked in: California, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Kansas, Colorado, and Utah in his career. He was the Executive Chef at RGCC from 1992-1999, and the Executive Chef at the Sodexo Marriott Healthcare Division at Charter House, Austin Country Club and currently at RGCC. David has been married to wife Donna for 26 years, and has two sons, Brian, 23, Michael, 18, and dog Oreo. He enjoys muskee fishing on his freetime.
