Private Club Network

Private Club Network is the largest independent private club-to-club reciprocal network featuring golf privileges for our members at a standardized cart fee.  Private Club Network includes over 190 Member Clubs nationwide.

• As a member of Private Club Network, you may request a tee time at any of the clubs in the network by calling a Private Club Network representative or utilizing their online services.  Members of Private Club Network may not call member clubs directly.
• Activation of your membership in Private Club Network is required in order to access the benefits of your membership.  This may be done by registering through the internet at www.privateclubnetwork.com or by contacting a Private Club Network's Member Service Representative at 1-800-547-0838.

• Tee time requests must be administered in advance through Private Club Network.  Requests are honored on space availability and are not guaranteed.  A confirmation of your request will be made by a Private Club Network Representative.

• An individual may not play the golf course of another Member Club which is within a 100 mile radius of an individuals home club.  An individual will ony be permitted to play the golf course of another member club a maximum of 3 times per year.

• All members must present a valid home club membership card and drivers license when using the privileges in the Network. 

• As a guest of a host club, Private Club Network members must abide by the club rules and regulations at all times.

• Some clubs do allow reciprocal charges while others do not.  Please check with Private Club Network's member services regarding a specific club's policy.

• Guest play requests made of Private Club Network membership clubs is left solely to the discretion of the host clubs.  All guests must be accompanied by a Private Club Network member at all times and must abide by the club rules at all times.  Guests are subject to prevailing club "guest" fees as determined by the host club.

• Private Club Network Member Clubs are in complete control of the amount of play they recieve as a result of requests made by other Private Club Network members.  The benefit is non-intrusive and the availability of a Club to it's own members will never by compromised.

• Because all reservation requests are adminsitered only through Private Club    Network's Member Services, the Club's golf professional and staff are always in complete control of outside requests for tee times by members of other clubs.
