Golf Reciprocity Program

Shareholding Golf Members of each club in the cooperative may make tee times at any Club in the group up to two (2) times per year for no fee. They may bring guests (per host Club’s guest policies). Visiting members are responsible for knowing the guest policies of the other clubs. Guests are charged the host club’s regular guest fee.
Visiting members must make tee times through their own pro shop, which will contact the host club pro shop to make the tee time. Club pros are not obligated to accept tee time reservations from visiting members who do not follow this procedure. Clubs are not obligated to accept walk-ups. Reciprocity is not available on Saturday mornings from 7am to 10am. Visiting members must adhere to host club’s gender and age group access policies.
Visiting members are allowed to charge back to their own club. This reciprocal agreement is for golf only. Other activities such as dining (other than the day you play), use of pool, tennis or other facilities must be arranged for by the GM of one club calling the GM of the other club to make reservations. Clubs are not obligated to accept these types of requests.

RGCC also has a reciprocity agreement with LaCrosse Country Club & Eau Claire Country Club. The RGCC Professional Shop will need to make these tee times. Members will be responsible for a cart fee only. Member's Guest will pay the regular guest fee.
