Jeff Grant, General Manager/ Chief Operating Officer
Jeff is a member of the PGA of America with being a member of the CMAA and is currently working towards certification in both organizations. Prior to coming to Rochester, Jeff was a General Manager in Northern Ohio for 8 years followed by spending a few years as the Assistant General Manager/Director of Golf at TPC Prestancia in Sarasota, Florida which is the largest private club in the PGA Tour’s network of clubs. Following Prestancia, he worked for the Pinnacle Development Group as the General Manager/Director of Golf for The Club at LochenHeath in Traverse City, Michigan. LochenHeath is a private golf and real estate development where during Jeff’s tenure was recognized as one of the “Top 100 Golf Communities” in the United States along with being recognized by GolfWorld as one of “Americas 100 Best Golf Shops”.
Most Recently, Jeff comes to us via way of Cincinnati, Ohio were he worked as the General Manager for Pegasus Golf Management based out of Royal Oak and Ivy Hills Country Club.
Jeff and his wife Stephanie have been married for 13 years and are the parents of five children: Abbigale-9, Alexander-8, Elizabeth-7, Olivia-5 and Emma-2.
Eric began his golf career here at RGCC. He recently served as the general manger and head golf professional at Ballyneal, a private golf and hunting retreat. Before that, he was at Lahontan Golf Club where he was honored as the PGA 'Private Merchandiser of the Year' in Northern California. Eric enjoys cooking and spending time with his two children.
Tim O'Driscoll has been part of the RGCC staff since 1996. He is a graduate of the highly acclaimed agronomy school of Penn State. 'Odie', as he is known around the club, takes great pride in maintaining an immaculate course and has overseen several major improvement projects such as the construction of new tees, enlargement of greens, the building of new fairways nad the restoration of bunkers. Amanda VanderPlas, Catering Director
Amanda is a 2006 graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program.She was employed at Nokomis, a fine dining restaurant on the NorthShore by for 2 years.She came back to Rochester as the Chef Assistant at Catering By Design supervising everything from large weddings to in-home, private parties. After being in the catering business she found that her passion is to assist people in their party planning and assure that everything goes flawlessly. Jennifer Becker started at RGCC in March 2004. She started here as a part-time bartender/server adn then moved into a full-time position as bar manager. She loves the atmosphere and the 'family feeling' of RGCC. She takes great pride in knowing our members and providing personalized service to each adn every one. Jennifer has two children: Drew, 12, and Cody, 10. She enjoys cooking, baking, Minnesota Gopher hockey and spending time with her two boys.
Allison Weckman started at RGCC in March 2008 as the Marketing Director. She recently moved into the Membership Sales role. She is an active member of the Chamber's new young professionals group- FUEL Rochester. Jeff Follett, Property Accountant
Jeff Follett has been at RGCC since April 2008. Jeff previously worked at the Austin Country Club as the Office Manager/ Accountant and then the General Manager. He is an active member of the Hospitality Financial Technical Professionals (HFTP) where Jeff was awarded the Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) designation and is also a member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA). Jeff is a native Minnesotan living in Austin with his wife Geri. They have two children, Jennifer and Pauline, and two grandchildren, Tyler-Ruby and Robert.
